Mat Class

If you are new to Pilates or have been out of training for a while this is a good class to start with. We will go through the basic principles of Pilates while building up your strength and confidence.

Mat class does not mean you won’t get a workout.  Rather that your workout will be more along the traditional principles of Pilates.

 

Ladies whom we would recommend taking the classes:                                                        
  • Ladies who are new to Pilates
  • Ladies who have been out of training for a while
  • Ladies who have specific weak spots to focus on
  • Ladies with injuries
